I recommend y’all to stay in this hotel. The staff are very nice and friendly, the room is very clean, and the hotel location is kinda strategic because it's near LRT Station. Also, the facilities are no joke! The wifi connection is faster than I thought and the water heater is work very well. I enjoyed it so much! So comfortable.

Just like exactly how it looks in the picture, the hotel was great, all the staff really polite. there's only one problem is the bed sheath kind dirty but I think it is just because the material of it. hopefully they can manage it

I like their wifi speed. It's fast in the bedroom. Unlike some places, they said wifi is free but the speed bad as good as no need to use better. With regards to the room, I dislike its smell in the room. When we entered, it smells of something like UHU glue smell or some chemical plastic material-like kind of smell. Wasn't a nice welcoming nice smell. We also dislike how we have to roll up and down the tarpolin blinder just to close up the bathroom. It is really a big hassle that we had to pull the blinder up and down. It isn't an easy flip open and close method (by the way, the tarpolin material has black blotch stains already). The bathroom door panel are all see-through glass, so, it wasn't practical for privacy. It would be very helpful if there's a small mini fridge. The small safety locker, it is locked by the way, and cannot be used at all. The only thing I liked about Bello & Bella is how they design the room with minimalist style. Color is simple and reasonably modern. But need to improve on a few areas as highlighted above.
